Mooloolaba dive

June 3rd, 2007

Out for another Dive this weekend. Mooloolaba, 15-20 knot winds and seas to about 2 m.

Lots of vomiting, me included, but the dives were good, the water warm, and the friends friendly!

These are from last Saturdays dive at ‘Fairylands’ at Mooloolaba. Not many good ones from that dive, 2 meter swells with a 15-20 knot wind. Fair amount of surge even at 15M.

And a couple of nudies. The last one didn’t quite hit it for focus, but was a neat nudie so I thought I would put it up anyway….

Byron Bay Dive 26/05/2007

May 27th, 2007

Well, the weather was bad to the north, so we canned the planned Unidive trip to the Gneerings, better safe than sorry.

Instead, I drove down to Byron Bay and met up with Chris and Diana and did a dive with Sundive there…..

I went out on a Unidive trip on Saturday, first one in months that I have booked on that hasn’t been cancelled due to bad weather.

First Dive with Housing

This was my first dive with the new housing!! I have a lot to learn about getting the exposure right as TTL seems a bit iffy… The vis was poor, and there was lots of surge, which made my first outing difficult, but hopefully they will only get better.
